Petre, nezistil si si vsetky potrebne informacie k clanku a navyse su v nom napisane nepravdy. Tak v prvom rade, Dalvik NIEJE PLNE KOMPATIBILNY s Javou, a to je zdroj vsetkych problemov. To je presne fakt ktory dovoluje Oraclu sudit sa s Google.
Java je patentovana technologia, avsak Sun v ramci jej otvorenia, udelil royalty-free licenciu akejkolvek implementacii, ktora bude 100% kompatibilna s povodnou Sunovskou Javou, a rec je hlavne o foundation classes, teda zakladnej Javovskej kniznice, ktoru Google nenaimplementoval na 100%, keby tak ucinil, Oracle nema pravo zalovat Google. Nevesti to nic dobre, ale Google proste porusil licenciu.

Open source luminary Bruce Perens points out that the Java Language Specification includes language granting Java implementers free license to Sun's patents, but that doesn't apply here. That license is only valid for complete implementations of Java and its required packages, „without subsetting or supersetting,“ which the Android implementation clearly is not.
