Niektore formulacie su zaujimave: "Developers who produce open source products will often have their product repackaged and redistributed by businesses with malicious intent."
Mno, ide aj o protokol, ale ved si realne povedzme... ake velke percento ludi pouziva originalneho klienta ? a ak by materska firma bola skutocne neochotna spoluprace tak sa to spravi ako to bolo ked sa z X86 { srr .. skomolil som to asi, uz si nepamatam nazov } stal komercny soft a Xorg nadviazalo na starsie vydanie jeho zdrojoveho kodu ... proste ak bittorrent pojde cestou kde komunita nebude chciet tak to vezme do ruk komunita .. { Prestane fungovat Azureus, Ktorrent :-D to je ako od dajakeho crazy poulicneho preachera ;-) }
Jeste jednou: Bittorrent Inc. konci s udrzbou puvodniho klienta napsaneho v Pythonu a oficialnim klientem se stava uTorrent. Oficialniho klienta pouziva tudiz nezanedbatelne mnozstvi lidi, mozna vetsina.
Our skepticism was apparently justified. BitTorrent Inc. has confirmed that the statements attributed to BitTorrent Inc. president Ashwin Navin in Slyck's article are not entirely accurate. As we suspected, the protocol will remain open and publicly accessible without the need for a license, and BitTorrent Inc. will continue to publish the latest version of the specification at the BitTorrent.org web site.
